Come spend the weekend connecting with your Higher Power. 

A program of recovery can be as unique as you are! We all come into the rooms at different places…spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally. Wherever you are on your journey, we invite you to spend the weekend connecting with your Higher Power, the God of your understanding. Through meditation, music, nature, and journaling you will connect or reconnect with the power of your understanding. There will be plenty of time to reflect privately and as a group.

This warm and intimate program is led by Krista M from Burlington, VT. She is an experienced trauma-informed E-RYT, CRC, reiki practitioner, somatic, and holistic practitioner. 

PLEASE NOTE: The cost of this retreat includes 4 meals, refreshments throughout the weekend, facilities, and program costs. Lodging is separate. There are rooms available at The Wilson House, first come first served. After registering for the retreat you will receive a code to access the rooms for this weekend.
