Policies

Welcome Home!

Alcohol and drugs are prohibited at The Wilson House. Cannabis is not permitted.

Smoking (tobacco) is permitted only in marked areas of the grounds: on the side porch, and near the Meeting Room door. Do not litter cigarettes on our premises or the neighbors, please!

Continental Breakfast is available from 8–9am on Friday, Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday mornings. We offer fresh baked muffins, hard boiled eggs, assorted cereals, fruit salad, etc.

Guest rooms with private baths are: Rooms 1 & 2 (Queen Suite, Twin Suite), and The Apartment behind the meeting room. All other guest rooms will be assigned a specific bathroom with a shared bath.

Meetings will be held in the Meeting House with the entrance on the Mad Tom Road side of the house. A full list of meetings is available on our meetings page.

Pet policy

Pets (Service Dogs Only) are allowed to stay only in the apartment. No pets are allowed in the upstairs guest rooms of The Wilson House. There is a $35 per day fee for a pet staying in the apartment. No pets are allowed to attend meetings here at The Wilson House. If you plan to bring a dog, you must inform us at the time of your reservation.

Deposit policy

In order to reserve a room, The Wilson House requires the first night deposit for lodging. We accept all major credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/Discover/AmEx). The balance is due upon arrival for the full stay.

Cancellation policy

We are a small inn with only 14 rooms, and cancellations can greatly affect our operations. If you must cancel, we request notification 14 days prior to arrival to receive a refund or transfer deposit (reserving another stay within 6 months of initial arrival date). An administrative fee of $25 on all cancellations will be charged. Cancellations within a week of your stay will only be refunded for emergency reasons.
