Celebrate AA Founders' day at The Wilson House, Sat. June 7th! BILL W DAY

Support access for all visitors

We believe no one should be limited in their ability to fully experience the spiritual heartbeat of this place. By making these improvements, we ensure that The Wilson House continues to be a welcoming refuge for all people in recovery.

Everyone belongs here.

This year, we’re building on our momentum to make the rest of the first floor of The Wilson House fully accessible—so that everyone, regardless of mobility, can experience the connection, serenity, and fellowship that defines this special place.

We’re removing narrow doorways, widening passages, and reimagining key areas of the house—including the kitchen and dining room—so that guests who use wheelchairs, walkers, or canes can comfortably participate in meetings, share meals, and enjoy
fellowship in the front parlor and dining rooms, as well as our iconic front porch. We’ll be adding ADA-accessible doors and ramps, safety features in the kitchen, and improved flow throughout the space.

This isn’t just a renovation—it’s a continuation of our shared commitment to welcoming all who come here.

Consider becoming a sustaining supporter of The Wilson House. Dedicating a monthly gift throughout the year helps us predict our cash flow in any given year.
