Scholarships

Scholarship Policy

Our scholarship program is made possible by the generosity of our community of donors and patrons. The spirit of this program is to extend the hand of recovery to everyone who would like to participate in our retreats, seminars, and other events and to keep Bill Wilson’s legacy of inclusion alive.

Before requesting a scholarship, please review the following details and requirements.

  • Limited funds are available for scholarships. Only one award per year will be awarded to each person.
  • Our most common scholarship is a 50% discount for the program, but in some cases the award may be more or less. The funds awarded include program registration, which may include meals, and may not be used to pay for lodging.
  • There is a cancellation fee of $25 if a scholarship is awarded and a person decides not to attend after receiving the scholarship (see regular cancellation policy)
  • Recipients shall be provided a discount code to pay for their portion of the registration, using our online registration system via credit card or by bringing a check.
