6th Annual Wilson House Cup at Ekwanok Country Club

Please join us Monday May 19th, 2025 for a special day of golf to benefit The Wilson House. The 6th annual tournament will be held at Ekwanok Country Club. This is an opportunity to play at the revered private club, co-designed by Walter J. Travis which hosted the 1914 National Amateur won by Francis Ouimet. Ekwanok was founded in 1899, two of its co-founders were Dr. Clarke Burnham and George H. Thacher, parents of Lois Burnham Wilson and Edwin "Ebby" Thacher.
The day begins at 7:30 with registration and a continental breakfast. Shotgun start is at 8:30am, and the day rounds out with raffles, awards, and luncheon at the Club at 12:30pm.

It was fun to carom around the exclusive course which had inspired such awe in me as a lad. I acquired the impeccable coat of tan one sees upon the well-to-do.
