The Front of House & Programs Manager plays a vital role in carrying that spirit forward. This position isn’t just about managing check-ins or events; it’s about ensuring that each visitor, volunteer, and retreat guest experiences the same warmth and sense of belonging that has defined this historic place for decades.
The Front of House & Programs Manager will play a vital leadership role at The Wilson House—a historic inn and refuge for people in recovery and the birthplace of Bill W., co-founder of Alcoholics Anonymous. This position combines hospitality management, program development, and outreach support to ensure that guests, donors, and program participants experience the warmth, serenity, and sense of belonging that define The Wilson House.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this position will supervise part-time guest services and housekeeping staff and work collaboratively with colleagues, volunteers, and program facilitators to deliver excellent experiences for visitors and program participants. Important skills necessary to succeed in this role include excellent communication skills, attention to deatils, and a commitment to make The Wilson House thrive.
